Body Weight - 144.2lbs
Body Fat - 11%
I've gained 4lbs. ish since I've started lifting weights 2 months ago, and lost 1% BF.
Awesome.
My goal is to gain 2lbs. a month, and stay at 11-12% BF until I'm 150lbs. It's going to be harder since school just started, but the will to win is worthless without the will to prepare. Of course, this implies I win something when I reach my goal weight. Maybe a triple Baconator super size meal from Wendy's. It has 2,140 calories (aka energy) and 112 grams of fat.

Protein shake w/ 2% milk

1:30PM
Romaine lettuce w/ turkey, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and olive oil/Italian dressing

6:00PM
Chicken wrap w/ romaine lettuce, cucumbers, green peppers, cheese, olive oil/Italian dressing
Apple sauce

9:00PM
Almonds

11:30PM
Big glass of Chocolate milk
